Bhadrak: A body has been found floating in Chudamani sea at Bhadrak district last on Friday night. The deceased has been identified as Braja Kishor Malik of Rathapada village.
Reportedly, Malik along with 10 others went on a boat, named as Laxminarayan, to the Chudamani sea for fishing on Monday. Following this, he slipped off the boat and fell into the water while fishing from the boat. The rest of the fishermen were not able to trace him from the deep sea water. Hence, he was missing since past five days.
However, after a continuous search for the body the fishermen found floating 12 miles away from the sea shore on Friday night. The fishermen immediately fished out Malik’s body from the sea and informed the local police.
On getting the information, the local police arrived at the spot and initiated a probe into the matter.
