Cuttack: The body of the man who had jumped into Kathajodi river in the city after having an altercation with his wife on October 9 was found today.
The body of Debabrata Mohapatra was found today from the Devi River near Rahamba under Gobindpur police limits in the district.
Mohapatra who was travelling on a motorcycle with his wife and child had an altercation with his wife on the Kathajodi bridge before taking the extreme step.
Personnel of Odisha Fire Service and Odisha Disaster Rapid Action Force (ODRAF) and Odisha Fire Service had conducted a rescue operation for four days but they were forced to abort the rescue operation after they failed to trace him.
