Bhubaneswar: In the case of a girl’s body getting recovered from the pond of a farm house in the capital city, the post mortem report of the deceased is out which reveals that the death was due to drowning.
As per reports, after coming of the post mortem report where it was said that the girl died due to drowning; now the viscera and Diatom tests will be conducted at the State Forensic laboratory.
As per reports, from diatom test it will be ascertained whether her death was due to drowning in the pond or somewhere else. Similarly, form the Viscera test it will be ascertained whether the girl had consumed poison or not, informed ACP Prakash Ch Pal.
It is to be noted that yesterday body of a girl student had been recovered from the pond of a farm house in Nandankanan area of the capital city. Her father had said that she was under mental pressure as she had secured comparatively less marks in the JEE exam. However, it is yet to be ascertained that how she went to the farm house.
