Bhubaneswar: A motorboat carrying over 40 passengers have been stuck in Chilika lake on Friday morning.
Reportedly, the boat got stranded in the water due to a technical glitch. The passengers were traveling from Janhikuda to Satapada.
Besides, there were 15 two-wheelers onboard, added reports.
On getting the information, the local police, fire personnel, and rescue personnel arrived at the spot and initiated the operation.
Till the last reports came in, all the passengers were safely rescued.
