Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has installed a ‘No Vending Zone’ signboard near Ram Mandir Khaogali in Bhubaneswar.
Reportedly, there are a number of shopkeepers without a license near Khaogali due to which the signboard has been installed on Saturday. A criminal case will be filed against those vendors who violate the rules, added reports.
In addition, more than 20 vendors were sitting and causing traffic congestion on Ekamra Hatt Road.
It is pertinent to mention that the BMC enforcement team conducted a raid two days ago and warned them. However, no change could be seen in the area. Hence, a signboard has been installed.
