Blood-soaked body of private company’s security guard found in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A blood-soaked body of a youth has been found at one one of the prime locations, Ashok Nagar, in Bhubaneswar on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Santosh Rout. He was working as a security guard in a private company.

The locals spotted the body and reported to the local police.

On getting the information, the Capital Police along with a scientific team has arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation into the matter.

The team has collected blood samples from the crime spot. Meanwhile, police are questioning the building owner and other security guards of the area.

From the preliminary investigation it is being suspected that Rout has been murdered. The cause behind the death and accused involved in the case are yet to be ascertained.
