The National Executive Meet of the BJP began at Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar on Saturday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the two-day National Executive Meet of the saffron party in the presence of BJP President Amit Shah, many Union Ministers, Chief Ministers of the BJP-ruled states and senior leaders of the party including Lal Krishna Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi.
BJP’s Odisha unit president Basanta Panda welcomed the dignitaries.
Earlier, Modi Mania swept Bhubaneswar, as PM Modi held roadshows on the way to Airport to Raj Bhavan and then to Janata Maidan. He waved at the crowd, met people, shook hands with them and walked on the road. People went berserk to get a glimpse of the PM.
