Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) repeated its landslide victory of the Panchayat election in the urban election, the results of which were declared today.
The State ruling party made a clean sweep of the three mayoral posts of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) and Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMc). Besides, the party also won in more than 68 percent councillor/corporator seats.
