Bhubaneswar: BJD’s Rajya Sabha member Sasmit Patra has been nominated as a member of Indian Parliamentary delegation to attend 141st Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly in Belgrade, Serbia.
The heads of parliament from 84 European and Asian Countries and those of 16 international and inter-parliamentary organisation have been invited to attend the conference which will be held from 13 October to 17 October.
This conference aims at paving the way to build a shared vision and suggest way to ensure sustainable development of the Eurasian region.
