Bisra town in Sundargarh declared COVID-19 containment zone; sealed

Sundergarh: The Bisra town in Odisha’s Sundargarh district has been sealed by the district administration after two residents of the area were tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday.

The district administration has restricted the public from entering into and going out of the town.  The entry points at Dareikela, Puruna Bisra, Budheljar and Santoshpur in the town have been sealed with barricade to contain any possible spread of COVID-19.

The town was declared as containment zone  and  all the inhabitants within the containment zone shall strictly remain in home and all the shopping establishments be closed immediately,  said an official.

Meanwhile,  fire personnel have been engaged to disinfect the area.

So far, 54 persons were tested positive for COVID-19 in the state among which one person passed away. However, 12 persons have recovered from the deadly infection and discharged from the hospital.

    Those persons have got a negative test reports
    Without knowing the reports how can you post something about them.
