Bibhuti Bhusan Mohapatra conferred with national award for HRD

New Delhi: Dr Bibhuti Bhusan Mohapatra is honoured with national award for outstanding achievement on human resources development in the field of disability and rehabilitation by SAKHYAM, New Delhi.

The award was conferred to him by Dr Subodh Kumar, Member Secretary, Rehabilitation council of India at Sahid Bhagat Singh palace, New Delhi.

Mohapatra, the Principal of special BEd college, Kodala is working in the field of teachers education for the last 13 years.

The State is feeling proud for the relentless efforts of Mohapatra in the promotion of rehabilitation education.
