Bhubaneswar: 9 new cases of Covid-19 were detected in Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar in the last 24 hours.
According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on June 13, 2022 the cases reported in the city were local contact cases. Single positive cases were reported today from Unit-1, Aiginia, Kalinga Nagar, CS Pur, Dumduma, VSS Nagar and Pokhariput area of the city. Similarly, 2 cases were registered from Laxmi Sagar area of Bhubaneswar.
With today’s development the total Covid-19 cases have increased to 1,56,767. The recovered cases are 1,55,404. The total deceased cases are 1193. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 140 The recovered cases in BMC in last 24 hours were 3.
Odisha on Monday reported 12 new Covid cases, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,88,639.
Reportedly, among the 12 it is to be noted that seven patients are in quarantine and five are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 148.
Khordha reports the highest cases with nine positives followed by State Pool (2) and Cuttack (1).
