Bhubaneswar records 115 Covid-19 positive cases while Cuttack records 27 cases today

Bhubaneswar: The capital city of Odisha has registered 115 new Covid-19 cases on February 13. On the other hand Cuttack city (CMC area) recorded 27 covid-19 positive cases today

According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), out of the total 115 positive cases registered today, 18 cases are quarantine cases while 97 cases are local contact cases.

With today’s development, the total Covid-19 positive cases have increased to 1,55,440. The recovered cases are 1,46,199. The total deceased cases are 1164. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 8056.

In the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC area) 27 new Covid-19 cases were registered. While 03 cases were Institutional quarantine cases, 14 cases were home quarantine cases. As many as 10 local contact cases were recorded today.

The total cases in CMC are 55,852 while the recovered cases are 55,111. Active cases today are 312 while the deaths are 429.

The recovered cases in BMC and CMC today are 317 and 89 respectively.

Odisha reported 1,148 fresh cases of Covid including 244 in the 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Saturday.

Reportedly, among the 1148 positives, 669 patients are in quarantine, and 479 are the local contacts.

There are as many as 12,330 active cases in Odisha.
