Bhubaneswar: For regularisation of unauthorised constructions, submit all compliance documents by this date
Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has set a target to dispose all the Amnesty applications by January 15, 2022.
Accordingly, BDA has asked to submit all compliance documents by for regularisation of unauthorised constructions by the above date. BDA issued a Public Notice in this regard on Tuesday.
The BDA has informed under the Scheme for Regularisation of Unauthorised Constructions, 2018/2019 (Amnesty Scheme) about the deficiencies in the applications since long. However, in many cases, either the compliances have been received or the compliances are incomplete.
Accordingly, BDA has set a target to dispose all the Amnesty applications and hence asked the applicants, who have not submitted the compliances to comply with all the observations and deficiencies to avoid rejection of their application.
