Bhitarkanika National Park To Be Closed From May 1

Kendrapara: The world-famous Bhitarkanika National Park is scheduled to be closed for tourists from May 1 due to the crocodile mating season.

The park is all set to remain closed from May 1 to July 31.

Within these three-months the entire process of the mating and will be completed added one of the forest department officials.

The Rajnagar forest division has cautioned villagers along the river.
