Bhadrak: Crocodile rescued after 9 hours of tough effort by Forest officials

Bhadrak: After 9 hours of tough effort the Forest Department officials finally managed to rescue a crocodile from a pond in a village of Bhadrak district in Odisha on Wednesday.

As per reports, the locals today morning witnessed a huge crocodile in the pond in the Sathibati village under Tihidi block. The crocodile is said to be four feet long.

After witnessing the crocodile the locals informed the forest officials about it who rushed to the spot and tried to rescue the reptile.

The water of the pond was drained out using motor pomps. Then, the forest officials caught the crocodile with the help of a big net with the help of the locals.

Large number of people crowded the place to witness the crocodile.
