Berhampur students’ ‘Largest Human Footprint’ enters Asia Book Of World Records Berhampur: Students from different schools of Berhampur city created the largest image of a human foot to enter into the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records on the occasion of World Polio Day here on Tuesday.

As many as 1729 students created the human foot image within 34 minutes at Berhampur Stadium.

Earlier, in Karnataka this kind of fest was carried out by 290 students in one hour.

Sandru Chauhan from Asia Book of  Records witnessed the event and confirmed that this was a record of new kind.

According to reports, Rotary Club of Berhampur had organised it in association with St Vincent’s Convent School and Vedbyash Residential College  to spread awareness in a unique way on World Polio Day. They also attempted this to enter the Guinness Book of World Records.

Siddhant Mohapatra, MP, Berhampur and Ganjam Collector Prem Chandra Chaudhary were among other dignitaries present to witness the new record.
