Best opportunity for 10th pass to Graduate candidates to get job in the banking sector as the Bank of Baroda (BOB) is hiring eligible candidates for different posts.

The applicants must keep in mind that they will have to apply through online mode on or before 1st February 2022. The selected candidates will be appointed as Assistant Vice President, Head, National Manager Telecalling, Manager, Vice President and Deputy Vice President under its Cash Management Department & Receivables Management Department.

Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification and Experience

Assistant Vice President – Acquisition & Relationship Management:  The applicant should have done Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Management (Min 2 Year course) /CA. Min. 5 Years of Work Experience.

Assistant Vice President – Product Manager – The applicant should have done B. E. / B. Tech / MCA / CA / MBA / PG Diploma in Business. Min. 5 Years of Work Experience.

Receivables Management Department: The candidate must have a Graduation degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.

Experience:

• Head Strategy – The candidate should have minimum of 12 Years’ experience.
• National Manager Telecalling – The applicant should have minimum of 14 Years’ experience.
• National Receivables Manager – The applicant should have minimum of 20 Years’ experience.
• Zonal Receivables Manager – The candidate should have minimum of 15 Years’ experience.
• Vice President – Strategy Manager – The candidate should have minimum of 15 Years’ experience.
• Dy. Vice President – Strategy Manager – The applicant should have minimum of 10 Years’ experience.
• Vendor Manager – The candidate should have minimum of 8 Years’ experience.
• Compliance Manager – The applicant should have minimum of 8 Years’ experience.
• Regional Receivables Manager – The applicant should have minimum of 10 Years’ experience.
• MIS Manager – The candidate should have minimum of 5 Years’ experience.
• Complaint Manager – The candidate should have minimum of 5 Years’ experience.
• Process Manager – The applicant should have minimum of 5 Years’ experience.
• Asst. Vice President – Strategy Manager – The candidate should have minimum of 5 Years’ experience.
• Area Receivables Manager – Minimum of 5 Years’ experience.

Age Limit:

• Assistant Vice President – Acquisition & Relationship Management – The age of the job applicant should be between 26 to 40 years.
• Assistant Vice President – Product Manager – The candidates applying for the post should be between 25 to 40 years of age.
