Baitarani in spate, flood panic hits Bhadrak

Bhadrak: With southern Odisha district Malkangiri still struggling to come out of the ‘Daye’ triggered flood situation, in north, water level crossed danger mark in Baitarani river in Bhadrak district this morning leaving people in a state of panic.
