Army Recruitment Rally 2021: Application Process For Youth Of 8th, 10th Pass Students Begins, Apply Soon
The Indian Army has released a notification for the recruitment rally on its official website. As per the notification issued, a recruitment drive will be organized for the youth of 10 districts of Jammu and Kashmir from May 17 to May 28.
The youth of Srinagar, Anantnag, Baramulla, Pulwama, Kupwara, Shopian, Ganderbal, Bandipora and Kulgam will be able to participate.
The application process has started from April 2. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of Army, joinindianarmy.nic. These army recruits will be held at Sonwani, Bandipora, Jammu and Kashmir.
Important Dates:
Starting date for submission of application form: April 2, 2021
Last date for submission of application form: May 1, 2021
Date of receipt of admit card: May 2 to May 15, 2021
Date of Army Recruiting Rally: May 17 to May 28, 2021
Educational Qualifications:
Sepoy – General Duty: Candidates who have passed the tenth standard with minimum 45 percent marks are eligible for this post.
Soldier Technical: Candidates who have passed class XII with minimum 45 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English subjects can apply for this.
Soldier Nursing Assistant: In order to apply, the candidate must have passed 12th class with minimum 45 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
Soldier Clerk / Story Keeper Technical: Candidates who have passed class XII with minimum 60 percent marks in any subject from any recognized board can apply for it.
Soldier Tradesman (10th Pass): Candidates who have secured minimum 33 percent marks in each subject of class X can apply for it.
Soldier Tradesman (Eighth Pass): Candidates scoring minimum 33 percent marks in each subject in eighth grade are eligible for this.
Age limit: The age of the candidate for the post of constable general duty should be between seventeen and seventeen to 21 years. At the same time, the minimum age of the candidate for other posts should be 23 years from the age of seventeen and a half.
Selection Process: Applicants will be selected on the basis of Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Written Examination.
