Anup Sahoo appointed Bhubaneswar DCP as Odisha effects major IPS reshuffle

Bhubaneswar: IPS Anup Kumar Sahoo has been appointed as the new DCP of Bhubaneswar as Odisha government effected a major IPS reshuffle today. As many as 36 IPS officers have been given new postings.

The state government has transferred Superintendent of Police (SPs) of 12 districts.

Satyabrata Bhoi who was Bhubaneswar DCP has been posted as DIG Northern Range.

M. K. Chhabra has been appointed as the Additional DGP, SAP.

B. Radhika has been attached to the State Police Headquarters as Additional DGP.

Arun Kumar Sarangi is transferred as Additional DGP, Training and Director, BPSPA.

S. K. Nath has been appointed as ADGP-cum-Director, SFSL.

Vinaytosh Mishra has been transferred as ADGP, Modernization.

R. P. Koche has been moved as ADGP, Operations.

R. K. Mishra posted as the Additional Director-cum-IG of Police, Intelligence.

P.S.Ranpisie is shifted as IG of Police, Personnel.

Arun Bothra is posted as IG of police, CID, CB.

Sanjay Kumar Singh has been transferred as Additional Commissioner of Police, Cuttack-Bhubaneswar.

Ghanashyam Upadhyay has been posted as IG of Police, NCR, Talcher.

Yatindra Koyal is the new IG of Police, Vigilance.

A. N. Sinha has been given the charge of D.I.G of Police, Eastern Range, Balasore.

N. K. Kanodia is the new DIG of Police, EOW.

Diptesh Kumar Pattanayak is appointed as the new DIG Police, SC & ST Cell, HRPC.
