Another 73 Covid patients recover in Odisha today

Bhubaneswar: As many as 73 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Odisha, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department on March 24. With this development the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha have reached to 12,77,750.

The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were in Kendrapara district followed by Sundargarh, Gajapati and Ganjam districts.

The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:

10 from Kendrapara
9 from Sundargarh
8 from Gajapati
8 from Ganjam
6 from Baleswar
5 from Khordha
5 from Koraput
4 from Cuttack
4 from Kandhamal
4 from Sambalpur
3 from Nayagarh
2 from Jajapur

1 from Anugul
1 from Mayurbhanj
1 from Nabarangpur
1 from Rayagada
1 from State Pool

Meanwhile, Odisha reported 38 Covid cases of which 9 are from the 0-18 age group in the last 24 hours, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department today.

Reportedly, among the 38 positives, 23 patients are in quarantine, and 15 are the local contacts.
