Another 186 Covid patients recovered in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Health and Family Welfare Department of Odisha government on Wednesday informed that 186 Covid patients have recovered from the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.

According to the data shared by the department on its Twitter handle, the total COVID recovered cases of the State rose to 1038695 with the recovery of 186 more patients.

  • 24 from Cuttack
  • 13 from Mayurbhanj
  • 9 from Puri
  • 8 from Kendrapara
  • 7 from Jajapur
  • 6 from Sambalpur
  • 5 from Balasore
  • 5 from Gajapati
  • 5 from Sundergarh
  • 3 from Jagatsinghpur
  • 3 from Nayagarh
  • 2 from Dhenkanal
  • 2 from Ganjam
  • 1 from Bargarh
  • 1 from Deogarh
  • 1 from Jharsuguda
  • 1 from Keonjhar
  • 18 from State Pool

Earlier today the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department said that as many as 237 positive cases including 39 in the 0-18 years age group were reported in the State.

With the detection of the 237 positive cases, the tally rose to 10,49,345 said the I&PR Department.

Among the 237 positives, 139 are quarantine cases and 98 are local contacts. However, 203 patients recovered in the State taking the total number of 10,38,509.

With today’s report, the active cases in Odisha now stand at 2370.
