Another 174 Covid patients recover in Odisha on December 22

Bhubaneswar: The Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) Department of Odisha informed that another 174 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in the State and are being discharged from various facilities on December 22.

The Health department informed about this development through its official twitter handle today.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries have been made in Khordha district followed by Mayurbhanj and Cuttack districts.

The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 10,43,219.

The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:

86 from Khordha

12 from Mayurbhanj

11 from Cuttack

10 from Sambalpur

6 from Dhenkanal

6 from Puri

5 from Jajapur

4 from Nayagarh

4 from Sonepur

3 from Jagatsinghpur

2 from Deogarh

2 from Ganjam

1 from Baleswar

1 from Bargarh

1 from Kendrapara

1 from Koraput

19 from State Pool

A total of 183 Covid-19 positive cases including 30 in the 0-18 years age group have been detected positive in Odisha in the last 24 hours. This has taken the tally of Covid to 10,53,349 informed the Information & Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Wednesday.

Among the 183 positives, 108 are quarantine cases and 75 are local contacts.
