Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated ‘Sargiful’- the annual science and cultural festival for SC and ST students- at Adivasi ground here on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Patnaik said that education is the best means to prosper in life. He also urged the students to focus in studies as well as encourage relatives and others to study well.

The thee-day-long festival will provide a platform for the participating students to showcase their talents and encourage them to excel in several activities.
A series of activities have been lined up for the event, including a science exhibition, debate, essay, dance and music competitions.
SC/ST Minister Ramesh Chandra Majhi and some senior bureaucrats were present on the occasion.
