Sambalpur: The autopsy report of Sambalpuri album actress Simaran Singh whose body was found here under mysterious conditions two days ago, had revealed the cause of his death as head injury.
The autopsy report which was received by Burla Police yesterday was later handed over to Jharsuguda Police, which is currently investigating the matter.
However, the family members of the deceased are claiming that she had been murdered since the incident. They are alleging her husband Ranju Suna’s role in the killing.
A five-member team of Jharsuguda Police arrested Suna from Belapada of Balangir district last Friday, a day after the incident. On the same day the last voice message of the late actress went viral on social media. In the message Simran was heard crying and telling that she was going far away from everyone.
Notably, the relationship between Simran and her husband was going through a bad phase over past few months and due to which she was living with her parents since December 7.
