Bhubaneswar: Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan was in town on Saturday to attend the final of second Hero Super Cup being played at Kalinga Stadium.
Abhishek, who is the co-owner of Chennaiyin FC, said he is very happy and proud of the players in his team. He expressed gratitude for coach John Gregory and also thanked the fans for their love and support.
The ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ actor also urged the people to come out in large numbers and cast their votes in the upcoming general elections.
Notably, the Hero Super Final Cup had started on March 15. In the final match at Kalinga Stadium, FC Goa defeated Chennaiyin FC 2-1 to win the Hero Super Cup.
