Jajpur: A tragic road accident took place in Odisha due to heavy fog. Four were critically hurt and two were injured.
According to reports, a truck collided head-on with a car near Bandal junction on Jajpur National Highway 16. The car traveling from Kolkata to Cuttack and collided head-on with a truck due to thick blanket of fog near Bandal Junction.
The car that was involved in the accident was badly damaged at the scene. Among the passengers two were women. The truck was detained by the police.
Chandikhola fire brigade rushed to the spot and rushed the critically ill to Badchana Medical College and Hospital. The truck was detained by senior police.
