Dhenkanal: The Excise Department of Kamakhyanagar apprehended one man and seized 62 kgs of ganja from an almond mill in Dhenkanal district of Odisha on Saturday.
The accused has been identified as Satyananda Sahu.
Acting on a tip off, the Kamakhyanagar Excise Department conducted a raid at the mill and seized a sack of ganja weighing 62 kgs from the spot.
The accused will undergo the Covid test before being forwarded to the court.
The estimated price of the seized ganja will be more than Rs 4 lakhs.
