Rairangpur: At least six school children suffered injuries after an auto-rickshaw, which was ferrying them, overturned near Sanapokana under Rural police limits in Rairangpur block in Mayurbhanj district on Friday.
According to reports, the road mishap took place when the ill-fated auto-rickshaw in which students were travelling overturned after hitting a bike.
Driver of the auto-rickshaw also received injuries due to the accident. Some locals rescued and rushed all the injured persons to Rairangpur hospital for treatment.
Police have started an investigation into the matter.
