Bhubaneswar: 5T Secretary V.K Pandian visited the Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology ( OUAT ) campus today in the morning.
Students were surprised and delighted to find Pandian amongst them. The 5T secretary inspected the campus and hostel.
Pandian went on to stroll around the University buildings.
He wanted to do a reality check on the living conditions of the students.
It is noteworthy that the 5T Secretary has done his graduation in agriculture with a first division.
