Bhubaneswar: As many as four places of Odisha witnessed 40-degree Celsius temperature or above on Thursday. This was informed by the Regional Meteorological Centre today.
Titilagarh, Balangir, Boudh and Sambalpur are the four places where the day temperature touched/ crossed the 40-degree Celsius mark today.
As per the weather department, Titlagarh sizzled at 41.4 degree Celsius while Balangir at 41.3 degree Celsius. Likewise, Boudh and Sambalpur recorded temperature of 40 degree Celsius.
The State Capital City, Bhubaneswar reported 35.6 degree Celsius and Cuttack city recorded 35 degree Celsius.
