Keonjhar: Four persons were killed while four others injured as the four-wheeler in which they were traveling overturned after hitting a roadside tree at Somagiri under Pandapada police limits in the district late yesterday night.
All the deceased and injured are said to be the residents of Tentapasi village in Mayurbhanj district.
On being informed about the accident, Pandapada police rushed to the spot and carried out the rescue operation.
The bodies were sent to the Keonjhar hospital for postmortem. Likewise, the injured also have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
