Cuttack: At least four persons were critically hurt after an Ambulance they were boarding overturned near Naliamuhan in Salipur in Cuttack this morning.
The ambulance was carrying a patient along with a few attendants from Bhitarkanika area of Kendrapara district to Cuttack when the mishap took place.
Due to some reason the driver of the vehicle lost control over the wheels, after which it skidded off the road and turned turtle.
After getting a call from some bystanders local police reached the spot and sent the injured to SCB Medical College and Hospital for treatment.
The mangled ambulance has been seized by police.
