4 Covid-19 cases reported in Bhubaneswar City in the last 24 hours

Bhubaneswar: 4 new cases of Coronavirus have been detected in Smart city Bhubaneswar in the last 24 hours.

According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on May 29, 2022 the cases were local contact cases. Single positive cases were reported today from Baramunda and CS Pur area of the city. On the other hand, 2 cases were reported from Patia area.

With today’s development the total Covid-19 cases have increased to 1,56,667. The recovered cases are 1,55,368. The total deceased cases are 1193. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 85. The recovered cases in BMC in last 24 hours were 4.

Odisha on Sunday nine new Covid cases, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department including one child. The positive tally stands at 12,89,176.

Reportedly, among the nine, six patients are in quarantine, and three are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 76.

Khordha and Cuttack recorded four and three positive cases respectively followed by Sambalpur and State Pool with one case each.
