37 Covid patients recover in Odisha on April 3

Bhubaneswar: As many as 37 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Odisha, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department on April 3. With this development the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha have reached to 12,78,270.

The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities across the state, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were in Sambalpur district followed by Khordha and Sundargarh districts.

The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:

10 from Sambalpur

6 from Khordha

5 from Sundargarh

4 from Baleswar

4 from Mayurbhanj

3 from Jajapur

2 from Ganjam

1 from Bargarh

1 from Cuttack

1 from State Pool

Odisha on Sunday reported 36 new Covid cases including 6 in the 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,87,737.

Reportedly, among the 36 positives, 21 patients are in quarantine, and 15 are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 330.

It is to be noted that Sundergarh recorded the highest Covid cases today with 9 positives among the 11 districts.
