3 Odia films to get National Film Awards: Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik congratulates

Bhubaneswar: Three Odia films to get the National Film Awards 2019, announced on Monday. The three films are ‘Kalira Atita’, ‘Salabudhar Badla’ and ‘Shrikshetra-Ru-Sahijata’.

‘Sala Budhar Badla’, directed by Dr. Sabyasachi Mohapatra, produced by New Generation Films and ‘Kalira Atita’, directed by Nila Madhab Panda, produced by Eleeanora Images Pvt. Ltd. were announced joint winner (shared) of the 67^th National Film Awards for the year 2019 in the ‘Best Odia Film’ category.

Also, another Odia film titled ‘Shrikshetra-Ru-Sahijata’, produced and directed by Ashutosh Pattnaik was announced winner of the ‘Best Arts and Culture Film’ in the Non-Feature Films.

Conveying his happiness over success of the three films Odisha Chief Minster Naveen Patnaik said that it is a matter of glory. He also congratulated makers of the three films following the announcement.
