Rourkela: In a tragic incident, three minors met their watery grave In Koel River of Rourkela in Odisha on Wednesday.
The fire-fighters rushed to the Baikuntha ghat area of the Koel River and rescued the victims.
The Jhirpani Police also reached the spot and has initiated an investigation in this matter.
However, the identity of the victims and details about the mishap remains unknown.
