+3 Admission process begins in colleges across Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The e-admission process for all degree, degree (self-financing) and Sanskrit colleges across Odisha started from today.

Students were allowed to fill-in their Common Application Form (CAF) on the state higher education department’s official websites, http://www.dheodisha.gov.in and www.samsodisha.gov.in starting from morning 6 AM.

As per a notification released by the higher education department on June 8,  the CAF would be available at all Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Resource Centers (SRCs) set up across the state starting from 10 AM on the same day apart from its website.

A list of SRCs has been provided by the department on its official website for the convenience of the students.

Students have to submit the filled-in CAFS online by 12 midnight on June 26 and on offline mode by 5 PM on June 27.

After online CAF validation and digitisation of offline CAF by the department by June 29 the first round selection merit list of candidates would be published by 11 AM on July 3. The second round selection merit list would be released by 11 AM on July 11.

Admission of students named in first round merit list will be held during July 4-7 at the colleges of their choices. The same will be undertaken for the students selected during second round shortlisting, during July 12-13.

Classes for the +3 classes across the colleges in the state would commence on July 16.
