Phulbani: Tremors were felt in various parts of Kandhamal district in Odisha as an earthquake measuring 3.2 in the Richter Scale struck the district this morning.
“An earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale was recorded in Kandhamal district today at 11.33 am,” informed IMD Regional Director, Bhubaneswar, Sarat Sahu.
There was no report of any loss of life and property from anywhere in the district.
However, electricity services were severely affected across the district as a result of the quake.
