Dhenkanal: As many as 25 persons were injured, five critical when a private-run bus with passengers overturned near Pada Chhak under Hindol police limits in Odisha’s Dhankanal district in the wee hours of Thursday.
The injured persons were rushed to a local hospital for their treatment while the critically injured persons have been shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.
According to reports, the private-run-bus, carrying about 50 passengers, was heading on its way to Bhubaneswar from Sambalpur. The incident occurred when the driver lost control over the wheels at around 4 AM.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered at Hindol police station in this connection.
