Bhubaneswar: The Duty Officer of Meteorological Centre here on Thursday predicted light to moderate thundershower over 24 districts of Odisha.
Light to moderate thundershower likely to affect some parts of the districts of Nuapada, Balangir, Koraput, Malkangiri, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Sundergarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Angul, Dhenkanal, Kandhamal, Ganjam, Nayagarh, Nabarangpur, Cuttack (including Cuttack City), Kendrapada, Jagatsingpur, Boudh, Puri, Mayurbhanj, Balasore and Khurda (including Bhubaneswar) within next three hours, said the Duty Officer.
People are advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strikes, added the Duty Officer.
