Kandhamal: In a saddening incident, two minors have drowned in Kandhamal district of Odisha on Sunday.
The two minors were residents of Chhatijhar village under Tikabali police limits.
They were allegedly bathing in the Salunki river when they met their watery grave.
Reports suggest that they were cousins, a boy and a girl aged around four to five years.
The two of them shouted for help, and were unconscious when rescued by the villagers. But by the time they reached the CHC, the doctors declared them brought dead.
