2 minor siblings found hanging from tree in Mayurbhanj

Mayurbhanj: In a tragic incident, bodies of two minor siblings have been found hanging from tree in Mayurbhanj district. The incident took place near a canal in Bhodushala village under Betanati police limits in the district.

Reportedly, the deceased brother (16) identified as Raju Naik, son of Sanatan Naik and sister (14) identified as Seema Bhakta, daughter of Biswala Bhakta belonged to Bhodushala village.

The locals informed the local police station after they spotted the hanging body. On getting the information, the cops arrived at the spot and recovered the bodies.

The bodies have been sent for autopsy and a case of unnatural death has been filed in this connection.

The police has initiated a probe to ascertain the identity of the deceased siblings and the cause behind this unnatural death.
