Bhawanipatna: At least 2 persons were killed and sevearal others injured after a bus fell off a bridge near Jolako under Kesinga police limits in Odisha’s Kalahandi district on Monday.
On being informed, local police, fire personnel reached the spot and conducted rescue operation with the help of locals.
Police have seized the body of deceased persons. Injured persons were rushed to Kesinga hospital.
Sources said, the private-run bus, carrying around 50 passengers, was on its way to Jeypore of Koraput district from State capital, Bhubaneswar.
