Angul: Two people were killed on late Friday night when their bikes had a head-on crash at NH 149 near Dimiria square on Palahada.
One of the victims has been identified as Niru Rajhans belonging to Ishwarnagar, Palahada. The other victim is yet to be identified.
As per Police reports, Niru was on a Splendour motorcycle while the other biker was on a Pulsar and was coming from opposite direction. They met in a fatal head-on crash which took both of their lives.
Palahada Police and Fire service officials immediately reached the spot and sent the bikers’ bodies to nearby hospital. The Police are conducting a detailed investigation.
