Sambalpur: Putting a question mark on the prevailing law and order situation in Sambalpur district, at least two persons have been killed in separate incidents in Naktideula area this morning.
In the first incident, grievously wounded body of one Sushant Behera of Jharibeda area, was found in his village this morning. From the circumstantial evidences it appeared to be a case of murder with involvement of a group of assailants.
Police have seized the body and sent for autopsy.
Later, in the morning under the same Police Station area another man was hacked to death over past enmity by a group of men in Keutibeni village.
Police have seized the body of the deceased identified as Banamali Rout (46) and are trying to trace the accused who are on the run.
Details are awaited in both the cases.
