Nabarangpur: In an unfortunate happening at least 2 people are reported to be killed and more than 10 passengers are critically injured in a road mishap in this district of Odisha.
As per reports, the private bus met an accident on the Papadahandi road.
Rescue operation is underway at the accident spot.

As per reports, the accident took place near deer park in Papadahandi block of Nabarangpur district Saturday. Registration number of the bus is OD 10 C 1114 ‘Jaga Kalia’ travels. The bus was coming from Jaipur to Papadahandi when it met the accident
After getting information Nabarangpur SP Nitin Kushalkar rushed to the accident spot and made arrangement to send the injured persons to the hospital. More casualties feared.
Rescue operation underway by fire brigade.
It has been learned that as a cow suddenly moved to the front of the bus, the driver lost control over the steering and resultantly the bus overturned.
Identity of the deceased persons are yet to be ascertained.
