Mayurbhanj: In a tragic incident, two friends lost their lives in a road accident near Gopalpur village under Rairangpur police limits in Mayurbhanj district.
The deceased have been identified as Bhogan Murmu and Shyam Murmu of Mahisaneda village.
Reportedly, Shyam was on his way to his relative’s house with his friend Bhogan on Friday night.
They were hit by a speeding truck near Gopalpur village and both of them took their last breath on the spot.
On getting the information, the local police arrived at the spot and recovered the bodies with the help of locals. The bodies were sent for autopsy to Rairangpur Hospital.
