Gajapati: Mohana police during a regular patrolling has arrested two individuals with two country-made rifles and eight bullets. The accused were arrested from Dasindhiba square on Monday.
The accused have been identified as Sumar Sabar and Rugudu Sabar. They have accepted that the guns and bullets were in their possession for the purpose of hunting.
During another such incident, 100 litres of liquor was seized from Atharanala area and one person has been in custody in this matter.
